Take Back Your Time, Life & Finances – Exit The Rat Race For Good!

Here’s the scenario:

6:30 a.m. : You hear the alarm clock go off and all you can think of is smashing that &$^#ing clock.

6:35 a.m. : You press the snooze button, only to find yourself to have slept and extra hour you didn’t have in the morning.

7:35 a.m.: You wake up your kids, your dog and your spouse and you are on a frantic run.

7:42 a.m.: Your son/daughter has lost her assignment and you go on a frantic search to look for it.

7:43 a.m.: You stuff a Pop-Tart in your 7 yr old, dress him/her as quickly as possible and get everyone strapped in to the minivan

7:50 a.m.: You pull out of your drive way to nudge your way across armada of minivans dropping kids off at school.

8:15 a.m.: &$(! I’m late to work! And this is going to look bad on my performance review:

8:50 a.m.: Luckily, your worry was in vain; you some how pulled over 100mph and by God’s miracle there was a parking space and you clocked in to work just in time.

9:45 a.m. You forgot to punch in and already lost 1 hrs worth of pay.

12:30 p.m. You pull out your bag lunch and eat it ingloriously and you wish you were in Cancun.

4:45 p.m. You fight traffic display unkind gestures and fight the elderly drivers and race to school to pick up your munchkin who has been waiting for you over 50  minutes.

5:55 p.m. You look at your detestable bills and you carve out a pound of your flesh to pay for them.

6:00 p.m. You decide you are too lazy to cook so you go pick up some Chinese for the family.

7:00 p.m. You got a huge pile of leftovers, but you feel like you don’t want to clean

7:15 p.m. You yell at your kids to do homework but all they seem to care about it playing dorky games on Facebook.

8:00 p.m. You tell yourself “Holy Shnikes!” Its time to sleep, but you watch TV until 11 p.m. thinking about tomorrow.

6:30 a.m. : You wake up in the morning and relive hell.

This of course is over-generalization, but this scenario tragically describes 98 percent of the population.They are trapped and the rat race has gotten a hold on them and wont let go..

Want To Escape Rat Race Hell? Here’s How

1. Stop trading your time for money. It’s the worst thing you can do. The only possible outcome of time for money arrangement is you live in a stuck income where your income is always dependent on your output of labor. If you can’t work, there is absolutely 0 income security for you. The income in this arrangement is called linear income.

2. Instead, buy time. The difference between the wealth and poor is that the poor trade their time for money, while the rich buy time.
So you might say? How do I buy back my time and build some equity right now? Your best bets are probably get on board with financial vehicles that can create long term residual income such as income producing real estate or commodities such as gold or oil.

The 80/20 Rule: How To Close More Prospects With Less Effort

Are you at all familiar with the 80/20 Rule? It literally can make or break your business.

If you truly understand the 80/20 rule, your business will truly experience phenomenal growth in next 60 days.

Let me explain what I mean.

If you are in home based business industry, It is really tempting to lead your prospects by telling them about your opportunity. This literally creates tension and unease to the level both you and your prospects feel uncomfortable with.

You will definitely feel the tension in the prospecting effort and the pull and push will inevitably lower your closing ratio.

But what if we as Home Based Business professional can change this? Would your business benefit if we can put an end to objections and arguing about whether they should join your opportunity or not.

What I mean might sound light an abomination, a heresy to traditional old school of prospecting…

Here’s a novel idea! Why not let our prospects do all the talking for us?

You might be saying. Hold on Sam…. Have you lost your &$*#ing mind?

No. I am dead serious and here’s the reasoning behind my madness if you can take couple seconds to understand what I truly mean.

 

1. You Must Learn How To Cater To Human Nature.

As you might have experienced, leading your prospects with opportunity creates tension, objections and mental wrestling of epic proportions. This is because you have failed to realize that people are by nature selfish and only care about them self. So in that regard, you have to cater your opportunity as to custom tailor their needs and wants. You have to stroke their ego in a sense…. Always think in terms of what they want and uncover their need and help them get what they want. If you can do that they will justify their goals and desires with your opportunity.

2. Why It Pays To Shut Up And Listen.

Here is where the 80/20 rule applies. Just let them talk for 80 percent of the time and you talk 20 percent. And you should never inject the prospecting conversation with your bias or make suggestion to them. If you start making suggestions or arguing how your product/service is better,  their subconscious alarms will sound and start shutting you off like an unwanted salesman. Just listen intently to what clues they are giving you. Most of prospects give you clues on how to close them. You gain their trust by letting them talk about themselves and listening. You would be surprised how many more prospects you will be able to close just by listening.

3.Create An Eager Desire In Them.

You do this by Identifying their need/want buttons and just machine gun them with it when they start giving you some lame excuses like, I don’t have money, I need my wife/husband opinion or I need to think about it. All you need to say is “________ are you really serious about (needs wants and desires) or are you not serious at all and the reason that you are saying that is because you want to blow me off and you are not at all serious about (needs wants and desires). Make them talk and talk more so they take ownership of your opportunity and create a desire within themselves to move to action, which is to join your opportunity.

Apply the 80/20rule this week and see your closing ratios go through the roof!

In the world of sponsoring, there are the 98 percent and the 2 percent. What I mean by that is there is 98% of the marketers who are recruiting through the same-old tire pitch of pushing the product on their prospects, hoping that the number gods will smile on them and grant them the privilege of recruiting that prospect. On the other hand is the 2 percent, who are unusually successful in their prospecting efforts and are consistently recruiting 20 to 30 prospects the month.

Whats the difference you say? The only difference between the two groups is their focus on products/people.

Many network marketers are confused to why a prospect refuses to join his/her business although their is good amount of money to be made and the products/services are outstanding.Marketers who are pushing the product first are obviously overlooking the fact that the real product behind network marketing, regardless of what company is lifestyles and dreams and the people who pursue those aspirations.

Those who push the product first and know little about the person will repel their prospects and have much lower success in prospecting and will find themselves sorely disappointed.

How To Sponsor Like The 2% Do

If you are looking to increase  the number of prospects you bring in to your business, you got to learn what the 2% do. If you want to belong to the 2%, you’ve got master the technique of uncovering your prospects needs and wants. Knowing what your prospect wants is key to wining in the prospects game. Pushing the product on prospect creates repulsion, while helping your prospect get closer to their goals by means of your opportunity attracts.

You first uncover the needs of your prospects through the F.O.R.M method.

F = family

O = occupation

R = recreation/interests

M = message

The 2% always begin their prospecting conversation by asking series of question to uncover prospects needs wants and desires. Some questions can be “What do you do” or “What do you like about your job”. Basically, you go down the FORM method and get a good snapshot of their lives. You ask about their income aspirations and ask them how much do they want to make in next 12 months. And you throw them a big question of WHY? Asking why they want to make that kind of money reveals their true intentions. Their intentions can range from desire to get out of debt, go on a vacation or even send their kids to a better school. Once you have uncover their need, you always come back to the reason of why.

By FORM-ing your prospects you can use their reasons “why” to tailor your opportunity to them to make it fit their needs, want and desires. It truly is not a one-size-fits-all solution, so you are trying to customize your opportunity to help them to get their goals faster. And if they throw an objection at you, you always bring attention to the prospects their reason why and get them to realign to you opportunity. Asking them why also helps the prospect to close themselves and go through the process of internalizing your opportunity as a means to achieve their financial objectives.

Try the form method this week, and you should definitely see your prospecting ratios go through the roof. When I started implemented this process, I was able to close 40% more prospects with same amount of prospecting efforts.

To wrap thing up remember these three things:

1. Your product is People, and not potion lotion and pills

2. Help people get what they want and you will get what you want

3. Keep smiling and have a blast helping others to become financially independent.

How To Shake Off Negativity In Network Marketing

A decision to enter in to a network marketing opportunity is an exciting Idea and an step in the right direction. I want to tell you all from  my experience that network marketing has changed my life. I learned to communicate and become a better human being overall.

I can still remember when I started my first network marketing business when I was in the Marines.13 years ago. I am writing this article in 2013. I was too bored one day and looking for business opportunities online and I stumbled onto a Herbalife business. My mom used to do parties at our home all the time and reminded me of how successful she was with the Herbalife and I wanted some of that success too.

So I saved up entire month to buy the top kit the company offered and I made really good profits from that cash. Just about everyone in my Marine unit bought either the shake formula and supplements from me. At that time I really wasn’t interested in recruiting or building the business but I just loved how a 19 year old Marine kid Marine Kid could easily make more than 600 bucks extra in a week.

From my experiences of networking for past 12 years I learned some recipes that make a network marketer extraordinarily successful. And that success comes with the ability to shake off negativity and having a positive attitude throughout.  I will show you how to become strong in your mind and win no matter what.

First, you have to identify negativity and purge them out of your mind. And here’s some of the most common scenarios you may run into.

You are not in a pyramid scam, but rather a wealth/prosperity propagation crusade. Have you ever had your friends cringe their faces and look at you all funny and say,”Eww.. you are in one of those pyramid scams…” Haha, my networking friend, don’t fear or shrug off. All you have to do is say, “So, you are in one of those JOB scam…? you’ve worked your bone raw off for the company for 12 years and you are still making 10.75/hr. Lol. Just drive up in your company car and snob at your poor J.O.B. Friends.

Just accept the fact that you can’t fit the slave mold of working a job and the very thought of D-bag boss hovering over your shoulders and micro managing you makes you puke. X-D. WHATEVER YOU DO, don’t be ashamed of network marketing, because it is creating liberation for millions of people around the world. Accept, rationalize and believe that the work you do is absolutely life changing for both you and those around you.

Do you ever feel like you are in A MLM purgatory? You’ve spent countless hours and resources on trying to get your business off the ground but it seems like nothing is happening? You know what? That’s perfectly alright! We all go through a learning curve and we grow as a result. Don’t ever quit before you see success. Keep sharpening your axe all the time. Keep working on your interpersonal and communication skills and you will improve by leaps and bounds in upcoming weeks and months. Trust me on this personal development is not some magical B.S. It really works! Show up to your business everyday and take ownership of it. If you treat it like a hobby it will pay pennies; if you treat it like a business it will pay you millions!

Whatever you do, don’t let yourself slip into a pit of despair and go into a lethargy mode. Often our beliefs are born out of our experiences and affirmation. If you keep thinking that this won’t work, and have nagging thoughts about going back to JOB, you are only inputting fear and worry in to your mind. When you think “will this work?” or “I don’t know if this ___________ <– (your business here) is going to pay off, you are going to project that same negative energy into your prospects and it is going to ruin your business. Beliefs are powerful so start developing “affirmative frames” or pictures in your mind of your success and you will project success and it will manifest itself accordingly in your business.

Every day, work on making your mind tougher. What I mean by that is form a “mental” shield to block out any doubts about networking. Don’t let your family and friends convince you to quit what you are doing and do something else. If you stay strong and demonstrate success, you will naturally see those pressures ease of and your warm market join your cause. Be unmovable, unshakable and remain steadfast and don’t lose your focus of building your own fortune within your business.  –Sam-

Why network marketing is right for new millennium.

More recently, with rise of social media, folks are just sharing just about everything about themselves- their interests, likes and friends who they like to associate with. Network marketing has become so popular because it is compatible with the modern phenomenon of mass sharing. Be it exchange of ideas goods or services. And sharing can be a very lucrative activity in network marketing. It simply pays for people involved to share their goods and services. Network marketing is capitalism’s new wunderkind because it creates a win win situation for the producer and the consumer. The direct distribution scheme saves the producers a lot of marketing dollars while the consumer becomes the both end user and the promoter who gets paid quite well.

If network marketing is the “Wunderkind” then why does it get such a bad press?

Marketing is challenging. Traditionally, marketing goods and services were done by professional agencies who had large resources at their disposal. For someone who has worked a 9-5 job most their life the idea of marketing can be daunting and frightening idea. Often times, building a network marketing business can be frustrating because the marketer has to deal with members of downline becoming inactive or quitting the business altogether. Quitting or attrition often leads to discouragement and a lot of time, money and resources being wasted in training and developing a person within that organization. This post will identify and offer solutions in to keeping your downline motivated and staying in the game to absolutely create explosive growth and success for your network marketing organization.

The Parable Of The Sower…

I don’t know if you are familiar with the story in the Bible called the Parable Of The Sower or Not, but certainly that story has ALOT to do with network marketing and uncovering largely 4 types of persons that sign up for MLM opportunity.

Hearken; Behold, there went out a sower to sow: And it came to pass, as he sowed, some fell by the way side, and the birds of the air came and devoured it up. And some fell on stony ground, where it had not much earth; and immediately it sprang up, because it had no depth of earth: But when the sun was up, it was scorched; and because it had no root, it withered away. And some fell among thorns, the thorns grew up, and choked it, and it yielded no fruit. And other fell on good ground, did yield fruit that sprang up and increased; and brought forth, some thirty, and some sixty, some an hundred. He said unto them, He that has ears to hear, let him hear.

— Mark 4:3-9

The explanation given by Jesus:

And when he was alone, they that were about him with the twelve asked of him the parable. And he said unto them, Unto you it is given to know the mystery of the kingdom of God: but unto them that are without, all these things are done in parables: That seeing they may see, and not perceive; and hearing they may hear, and not understand; lest at any time they should be converted, and their sins should be forgiven them. And he said unto them, Know ye not this parable? and how then will ye know all parables?

The sower soweth the word. And these are they by the way side, where the word is sown; but when they have heard, Satan cometh immediately, and taketh away the word that was sown in their hearts. And these are they likewise which are sown on stony ground; who, when they have heard the word, immediately receive it with gladness; And have no root in themselves, and so endure but for a time: afterward, when affliction or persecution ariseth for the word’s sake, immediately they are offended. And these are they which are sown among thorns; such as hear the word, and the cares of this world, and the deceitfulness of riches, and the lusts of other things entering in, choke the word, and it becometh unfruitful. And these are they which are sown on good ground; such as hear the word, and receive it, and bring forth fruit, some thirtyfold, some sixty, and some an hundred.

The parallels that exists between this story and network marketing is that it Identifies 4 individuals…

Type 1: First are the “lookie-loos” of network marketing industry. These so called ”lookie-loos” always look for the better deal and always look for opportunities to jump to a new company the moment they hear the magic words called “Pre-Launch”.

Type 2: The second group in this bunch are the quitters. They quit at the slightest dislike of compensation plan, the company and the products. They seem to stay for while, but not long enough to build any sales volume or business.

Type 3: The third bunch are the ones with excuse-itis and they seemed to have a diseased mind of “I can’t because of _________” They will make just about any excuse such as ” I simply don’t have the time” or “I don’t have money” or “I can’t because of my kids/husband/wife” and become deadwood in your network marketing organization.

Type 4: Out of all 4, this is the type of individual that is to be most desired out of them all. These are individuals with right attitude, motivation and the self initiative to build the business all on their own, without any input from their upline. It is often these individuals who drive organizational growth and sales volume and their incomes reflect their effort.

 What you can do to keep expanding your organization in midst of attrition and quitting. 

The key to succeeding in your network marketing business is never stop sowing the seed and telling others about your opportunity. The moment you stop, your business will come to a stand still and will shrivel in to nothingness. Since there are 4 types of prospects and only one individual out of four you recruit will build the business, so you cannot ever stop recruiting. A lot of network marketers fall in to the trap of self-pity and stop recruiting when their downlines leave. Often, Network marketers enter into unproductive “management” mode and try to babysit their downline, which is a bad idea.

Remember that you are like the farmer in the story. You cannot quit sowing and telling your story and opportunity simply because someone quits. That would be akin to a farmer sitting on the wayside and crying his eyes out because not all of his seed germinated.

This might seem like an utterly preposterous proposition but it actually is a good sign when people leave your business, because you are getting rid of the deadwood that sit around do nothing and end up eating up all your precious time.

Instead of being discouraged, keep recruiting and looking for new blood, the kind of marketer that bears fruit 30-60 times. You must become that persistent farmer who keeps working no matter whether some seeds germinate or not. If you want to succeed, you must be persistent over the only process which you have control of which is sowing. If you persist long enough and keep sowing, you will reap your harvest soon enough.
